Heat ghee in a pan. Roast Seviyan in it till the color turns golden brown.
Now remove the Seviyan and saute dry fruits in the same pan for 2 minutes.
Heat milk in another pan and add roasted Seviyan to it. Let the milk come to a boil and then simmer on medium flame, occasionally stirring so the Seviyan doesn't stick to the pan base.
When the milk is reduced and Seviyan is soft add sugar. Mix it well. Check for sweetness. Add more sugar if needed.
Now add dry fruits and cardamom powder to Seviyan and cook for another 5 minutes.
Serve hot or chilled. Garnish with some raisins and cashew nuts.
