Pista Badam Lassi

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Yogurt or Fresh Curd made of full cream milk
  • 2-3 tablespoons Mawana Premium Fine Grain Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Cardamom Powder
  • 8 Almonds (Badam)
  • 8 Pistachios (Pista)
  • 5 Cashew Nuts (Kaju)
  • Saffron
  • 4 Ice cubes
  • 1 cup Water

Instructions

  1. We need blanched almonds and pistachios for the recipe. To remove the peel boil almonds and pistachios in water for a minute. Drain out the water and transfer the nuts in cold water. Let it cool. Easily remove the skin now.
  2. In a blender, grind blanched almonds, pistachios, and cashew nuts.
  3. Add curd, sugar, cardamom powder, a pinch of saffron, and a cup of water. Blend it well.
  4. Pour the lassi in glasses, add crushed ice, and serve chilled. Garnish with saffron.
