Ingredients

  • 100 gm phalse
  • 50 gm Mawana Premium Crystal Sugar
  • 5 gm black salt

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients and mash with fingers to macerate the berries.
  2. Add water and strain the liquid. You can add more water to the solids and sieve it again.
  3. Adjust seasoning and dilute by adding about 2 liters of water in total.
  4. Serve the sharbat chilled.
