We will use chilled cream for the recipe. Put the chilled cream in a bowl and beat it with an electric beater. As the cream becomes thick add sugar to it and continues beating. It will gain volume and become fluffy. Continue beating till you get soft peaks. This would take around 8-10minutes. Now if you spoon out the whipped cream it shouldn't drop off easily. This means that the cream if perfectly whipped.
Add chopped fruits to the cream and mix.
Serve in small glass bowls and garnish with almonds and cashew nuts.
