In a large bowl mix together all the dry ingredients, all purpose flour, sugar, baking powder, and a pinch of salt.
In a separate bowl mix eggs, melted butter and milk. Add this to the above dry mixture and mix it thoroughly with hand or a blender to get a smooth batter without any lumps.
Heat the pan on the stove and put some butter on it. As the butter melts pour the batter using a deep spoon you can transfer the batter in a jug and directly pour it on the pan. You don’t need to spread the batter.
When the top side starts blistering, flip the pancake to cook the other side. It would have a golden brown color.
Remove the pancake and serve it with maple syrup. Cut some fresh fruits like strawberry, banana, apple, and pomegranate and add on it. If like you can put some chocolate syrup or Strawberry Coulis too on it.
